Mary Katherine Gardner Miller

COLUMBIA — Mary Katharine Gardner Miller of Columbia died Friday, May 9, 2008, at Parkside Manor. She was 76.
She was born Aug. 16, 1931, in Columbia to Rudolph and Lucille (McClanahan) Gardner.
Ms. Miller was formerly employed in food service at MU. She was also a member of the MU Staff Advisory Council.
She is survived by three daughters, Dana Tipton, Suzette Miller and Shalana Richardson, all of Columbia; and eight grandchildren.
One aunt died earlier.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Warren Funeral Chapel, 12 E. Ash St. Services, conducted by the Rev. Thomas Carter III, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral chapel.
